What we do with what you send us.
Short, because we collect very little.
The two forms
This site has two forms: an application to join ETC, and a partner enquiry. They are the only places we collect anything about you.
What we collect
Applications: your name, email address, study programme, which committee you want, what you have built or want to build, and an optional link.
Partner enquiries: your organisation, your name, your role, your email address, what you are interested in, and anything you write in the message field.
Where it goes
Submissions are emailed to the ETC board. We do not store them in a database, and this site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
Applications are deleted within six months of the recruitment round closing. Partner correspondence is kept for as long as the conversation is active, and deleted at the end of the board year if it goes nowhere.
Your rights
Under the AVG you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email the board and we will do it; there is not much to search through.
Who to contact
Erasmus Tech Community, Erasmus University Rotterdam. Contact details are on the about page.
This page describes what the site actually does. If ETC starts storing submissions or adding analytics, this page changes first.
