Events

Turn ideas into rooms full of people. You can run logistics from venue and registrations to QR scanning and event-day coordination, shape talks and workshops with speakers, design hackathons and build nights, or keep the community active between major events.

Good fitorganised, curious about tech and startups, creative, dependable, or excited to bring people together.

Marketing

MediaBrandCampaigns

Make ETC visible before, during and after every event. Capture and edit video highlights, event recaps and photography; check that every graphic meets our brand standard; and work with event organisers on campaigns for hackathons and workshops.

Good fitdetail-oriented and organised, with an interest in photography, design or short-form video. Expect around 2–4 hours a week, including occasional event capture.

Partnerships

SponsorsSpeakersRelationships

Build the relationships that make ETC’s biggest ideas possible. You’ll represent the organisation to companies and student associations, manage long-term partner relationships, help fund EurHackNL, and secure speakers for ETC events.

Good fitproactive, comfortable starting conversations, and motivated by networking, ownership, sales skills and practical experience with recruiters and executives.
